AURAPARTNERS
Legal
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 25 April 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how AuraPartners ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit our website and when you participate in the AuraPartners affiliate program. We act as a data controller in respect of the data described below.
1. Data We Collect
When you apply, register or use the partner dashboard, we collect:
- Identity and contact data: name, email address, country, traffic channel, communication handles (e.g. Telegram).
- Account data: hashed password, language preference, deal terms, dashboard activity, two-factor authentication codes.
- Financial data: wallet addresses, bank or payment-method details (only what you choose to provide), commission balances, payout history, tax-relevant identifiers where required.
- Performance data: aggregated traffic and player metrics returned by Operators (clicks, signups, FTDs, qualified players, deposits, net revenue, commission earned).
- Technical data: IP address, user-agent, browser language, time-zone, referrer, pages viewed, errors. We use this both for security (login monitoring) and for legal-record purposes (e.g. timestamp of acceptance of these terms).
- Communications: messages exchanged with our team via email, Telegram or the dashboard.
2. Why We Process It
We process your data to:
- Operate the affiliate program — review applications, provision the dashboard, attribute referred players, calculate and pay commissions.
- Communicate with you — service emails (welcome, payouts, campaign updates), responses to support requests, important notices.
- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations — anti-money-laundering ("AML") checks where applicable, tax reporting, responsible-gambling cooperation with Operators, retention of consent records.
- Prevent fraud and abuse — detect bot traffic, brand bidding, multi-accounting and other behaviour that breaches our Terms.
- Improve the platform — aggregate analytics, debugging, security monitoring.
The legal bases on which we rely (under the EU General Data Protection Regulation, where applicable) include performance of a contract with you, our legitimate interest in operating and securing the program, your consent (e.g. when you accept the terms at registration), and compliance with legal obligations.
3. Who We Share It With
We share personal data only with:
- Operators — limited identifying information so they can attribute referred players to your account and provide reporting back to us.
- Service providers — hosting (Railway), email delivery (Resend), analytics, fraud-detection and payment-processing partners. Each is bound by data-protection obligations.
- Authorities — when required by law, court order or to protect the rights, property or safety of AuraPartners, Partners or third parties.
- Successors — in the event of a merger, acquisition or asset sale, your data may be transferred under equivalent protection.
We do not sell your personal data.
4. International Transfers
AuraPartners and several of our service providers operate within the European Union. Some Operators or providers may process data outside the EU. Where transfers leave the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or recognised adequacy decisions.
5. How Long We Keep It
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described or to comply with legal obligations:
- Account, deal and performance data — for the duration of your participation and for up to ten years thereafter where required by tax, accounting or AML legislation.
- Marketing and communication preferences — until you withdraw consent.
- Login and security logs — typically up to twelve months.
- Legal-record metadata of consent (IP, timestamp, user-agent, version) — for the duration of the contract and as long as legally required.
6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The dashboard uses essential local storage to keep you logged in (authentication token), remember your language preference and theme, and provide a consistent experience. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies on the partner dashboard. The marketing site may use minimal first-party analytics; if any third-party cookies are introduced, this policy will be updated and consent collected where required.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you;
- Request correction of inaccurate data;
- Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten"), subject to legal retention obligations;
- Restrict or object to certain processing;
- Request a portable copy of your data;
- Withdraw any consent you have given (without affecting prior processing);
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. In Portugal, the supervisory authority is the CNPD (Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados).
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at @Aurapartnersup on Telegram. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
8. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted transport (HTTPS), hashed passwords, role-based access controls, two-factor authentication for administrators, login rate-limiting and isolated production environments. No system is perfectly secure, however; if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
9. Children
The Program is for adults only. We do not knowingly collect data about anyone under the legal age of majority. If we learn we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it.
10. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the partner dashboard or by email. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates the latest revision.
